Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your purchase. Please read the information below carefully as our returns policy differs depending on whether your purchase was made online, in-store or through Click & Collect.
Online Orders
For eligible online purchases, we offer a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of purchase to contact us to request a return under our voluntary returns policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

With all original tags attached

In its original packaging where applicable

Accompanied by your receipt or other proof of purchase

Online Sale Items
Items purchased at a sale price are not eligible for our voluntary 14-day returns policy.
This does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have. Sale items have the same statutory rights as full-price items where the goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not meet your legal rights.
In-Store Purchases
For items purchased directly in our store, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, colour or simply deciding that you no longer want the item.
However, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit, provided the item:

Is returned within 14 days of purchase

Is unworn and unused

Is in its original condition
-
Has all original tags attached

Is accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
If an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet your legal rights, please contact us so that we can assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy.
Click & Collect Orders
For Click & Collect orders, our voluntary returns policy is the same as our in-store policy.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on Click & Collect purchases. Eligible items may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, unused, in their original condition and have all original tags attached.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply to your particular order, including rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods.
Sale Items
Sale items are not eligible for our voluntary returns policy for change of mind.
However, sale items still have statutory consumer protections. If a sale item is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet your legal rights, please contact us.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item is damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Please include your order number or proof of purchase and, where appropriate, photographs of the item and packaging so that we can assess the issue and arrange the appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for our voluntary change-of-mind returns policy:

Exchanges
For in-store and Click & Collect purchases, eligible items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
For online orders, the quickest way to receive a different item is generally to return the original item, where eligible, and place a new order for the replacement item.
Statutory Cancellation Rights for Online Orders
Where your purchase is a distance contract and statutory cancellation rights apply, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within the applicable cancellation period, subject to certain legal exceptions.
These statutory rights are separate from our voluntary 14-day returns policy.

Refunds
For eligible online returns where a refund is due, refunds will be made to the original payment method in accordance with applicable consumer law.
For in-store purchases and Click & Collect purchases, our voluntary change-of-mind policy provides an exchange or store credit rather than a refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights where a refund is legally required, including certain circumstances involving faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods.
